Trip day 5

Day 5 (Final leg)  St Arnauds, Ballarat, Geelong, Queenscliff, Sorrento and Home

Heading home  STH from St Arnauds the trip was some of the more enjoyable road and scenery.    The best thing was it was only in the low to mid 30s the forcast was 35 deg cel .    The road surface was quite good with a tree canopy (shade) and little traffic.     The road had suffered from the recent floods and extreme heat.   The stretch between St Arnauds and Avoca was great.     Ballarat to Meredeth  was also very good.   Had to pick up some oil for the shovel in Ballarat only used 1 ltr for the trip not bad the extreme temps we experienced.

Tyre fixed headin off final leg

Something you see quite often in our small towns
